Our pre-pandemic salary survey in 2019 was well received and we are still receiving requests for that survey. As such, we are considering completing another salary survey in early 2023, based on 2022 metrics. To be able to provide this to our A/E/C industry, we need the interest of at least 300 companies willing to volunteer their time to complete the survey. This will ensure reliable, unbiased results.
There is absolutely no commitment for you to buy the salary survey, however participants will be eligible to receive the Canadian results at a discounted cost of approximately $115.00. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to our industry, and we have had to face many uncertainties including work backlogs, staffing needs changes, transition plans, etc. As such, we would like to know what critical metrics you would like added to the salary survey that reflect these changing times. We will try our best to accommodate your requests and incorporate them in our survey. Please let us know what pressing metrics you would like included in the salary survey by completing the attached form. It would mean a great deal if you were able to share this post/announcement with other firms so we can gauge interest and get our participating firms on the salary survey list as soon as possible. If you are interested in participating in the survey, please complete our form by clicking on the button below. This year’s report reveals there were 1.45 million visits to food banks in the past year, the highest number ever recorded in the city’s history. The report also finds that for the first time, new clients outnumbered existing clients at Toronto food banks. With 1 in 3 food bank clients reporting having gone an entire day without eating, we need to advocate for systemic change.
